Отправления не было, так как не смотря на купленный и оплаченный билет, оказалось что автобус забит пассажирами, а на вокзале нам сообщили, что рейс отменен.

Хочется, чтоб при покупке билета была уверенность, что оплаченное место не будет занято кем-то другим, а останется за пассажиром, который это место оплатил. И если отменяется рейс или ломается транспорт, то чтобы была возможность узнать об этом не постфактум, стоя на платформе, а заранее.

Вместо отправления в 22:20 автобус прибыл после 23:00. Из-за этого я опоздал на рабочую встречу, т.к. автобус прибыл с опозданием в Киев.

Комментарий тот же... причина мне неизвестна, плохие дороги, незаинтересованность водителя нагнать расписание, длительное рассаживание пассажиров на табуретках в проходе...

Ремонт сидений, самое главное - пунктуальность. Мне не интересны причины, по которым автобус опоздал, как и коллегам, к которым я ехал на встречу и опозжал
