1. Купуєш квиток онлайн - за це платиш 10 гривень і потім ще мусиш раніше приїхати на вокзал, вистояти чергу, щоби обміняти ваучер на квиток!?! Для цього вимагають паспортні дані??? Люди, ви вбиваєте мій час!Онлайн купують люди у яких нема часу їхати і купувати квиток наперед!!! Крім того, в автобусі 31 місце, а під час замовлення не видно яке місце я купую, як так? Далі - в автобусі загрузилося більше 70 людей. Зразу. 31 сидять ще більше їдуть стоячи РАКОМ-БОКОМ. Вікна не відкриваються. Спека, запахи і задушшя. Це не сервіс - це антисервіс.
