Посадка відбувалася не на початковій станції відправлення, а в Мукачево. Заброньовані місця попереду салону (бронювалося спеціально для дітей) виявилися зайняті іншими пасажирами, як мали квитки на місця в кінці салону. Водій після звернення сказав пасажирам пересісти, але вони відмовлялися, виник спір між пасажирами, заброньовані наші місця погодилися звільнити лише після того, як ми почали викликати поліцію. Вважаємо, що для уникнення такої ситуації в майбутньому, необхідно одразу попереджувати пасажирів про необхідність займати місця згідно вказаних у квитку.
