Посадка в автобус розпочалась з конфлікту з диспетчером та водієм автобуса. Ваучер був роздрукований (згідно з інструкції на сайті). Проте диспетчер та водій автобуса почали створювати конфлікт що квиток не роздрукований в касі і «не оподатковується». Ці двоє людей намагались виставити мене дурнем (причому в мій ж день народження) з приводу цих квитківваучерів. До того ж посадили двох людей на наші місця в автобусі. Якщо сервіс з онлайн продажу квитків не може узгоджувати роботу з радянською системою автовокзалів то не потрібно тоді це робити взагалі. Або виправляти та доводити все до нормального рівня і сервісу взагалі. Ніколи б не скористався послугами автобуса, якщо була б така сама можливість добратись потягом!!!
