Driver refused to provide me a seat indicated in my ticket. When I tried to enter the bus, the majority of seats where occupied by the passengers without any ticket. When I asked to free my seat, driver become very rude and asked me to leave the bus. Therefore I lost my money and I didn't have a chance to travel by this bus. The driver illegally takes passengers without tickets from Lviv bus station. This should be investigated by administration.

Please conduct an investigation regarding the driver. He takes illegal passengers for cash and doesn't allow passagers with tickets to take their seats. The driver is very rude, he told me :"my bus -my rules, and if you don't like something - get out of my car". Maybe he was under alcohol. This is very dangerous
