1. Водій здійснював багато зупиноку не облаштованих для того місцях - грубо кажучи - на кожному кутку - підбирав і висаджував людей, що їдуть на невеликі відстані між населеними пунктами. 2. Через те, що сказано вище, прибуття відбулося до пункту призначення не за розкладом - на 1,5 години пізніше. 3. на зупинках (автовостанціях) водій виходив на довго і не повідомляв тривалість зупинки, через що пасажири боялися відлучитися в туалет - щоб не відстати від автобуса
