неоднократно оформляя билет по интернету, сталкиваюсь с удивлением водителя и грубостью( в часности 18.11.17) Передаю прямым текстом: " Мест уже нет, зачем мне ваш билет, а я еще и чемодан должен везти, а я не поезд." Вышло так, что я ехала с дочкой и ей билет выбила ошибочно на 8.11. Меня он посадил, а за дочку возмущалкя, но в итоге я купила у него билет и мы уже дома.Получается так, что в кассе билет вообще нереально взять, только нужно покупать у водителя( это при том, что автобус пустой. Если я буду брать билет в кассе, я его не возьму, а у водителя все места уже будут заняты и мне придется стоя ехать всю дорогу. Так, как по времени я прихожу в притык. Вот такая МАФИЯ!

Тесные маршрутки-спринтеры в 2017 - это нонсенс. Про отсутствие кондиционера говорить думаю не стоит, и так все понятно. Отдельно стоит отметить маршрут по полям в 30. Вывод: вам следует больше заботиться про комфорт пассажиров.
