В Краснограде водитель высадил пассажиров, сославшишь на то, что поломанный автобус другого маршрута некому забрать и отказался везти пассажиров. Пересадили на другой автобус через час, но водитель ехал по своему маршруту. Как итог: опоздала на запланированный поезд. Крайне недовольна поездкой.

Хочется, чтобы система покупки билетов через интернет была лучше проработана, т.к. были случаи, когда отменялся рейс и никто об этом не сообщал, билет оплачивается с определенным местом, но при посадке оказывалось, что места нет.

Поломка. Сломался, не доехав до Днепра. Пришлось пересаживаться с тяжелым багажем на другую маршрутку, чтобы доехать до города. Водитель и женщина, которая была с ним (собиравшая деньги), даже не извинились за происходящее и им по сути было по барабану, что мы, пассажиры, будем делать. Мы увидели растерянность и непрофессионализм!
