Якщо автобус Їде по маршруту Тернопіль - Рівне "Чайка", то для мене - оптимальний варіант. Оскільки я їхав назад теж з "Чайки", то мені водій при виході уточнив на якій платформі чекати на посадку. А от я йому не показав зворотній квиток, і коли перед посадкою на автостанціі "Чайка" дав касиру ваучер, щоб роздрукувати квиток, то касир сказала, що це роблять лише на центральному автовокзалі автовокзалі. Водій теж мені це уточнив, тому я змушений був виходити на центральному автовокзалі, щоб роздрукувати квиток.Якась "неув'язочка" для пасажира, особливо, якщо я приїхав з Сарн і мені прийшлося би їхати з "Чайки" до центрального вокзалу, хоча мій автобус звідти відправлявся.

В касі автостанції "Чайка" співробітниця сказала, що надавати білети за електронними білетами не буде. Вела себе невічливо, не сказала, що відправляється автобус о 16.00 (а не о 16.20 як вказано в білеті). Через це взяла таксі і додатково платила ще за таксі. Більше купувати білети онлайн не буду

Робота касира на касі автостанції "Чайка" просто жахлива. Водій чудовий: уважний, ввічливий. Більше купувати білети онлайн не буду, користуватимусь приватними перевізниками.
