Персонал автовокзала некомпетентный, невежливый и грубый. Это касается диспетчера и заведующей автовокзала.Утверждали что не имеют отношения к официальному сайту ticket.bus.com.ua — «Автобусные расписания Украины». И не желали помочь с распечаткой билета, говорили, что это мои проблемы, если я взяла билет не в кассе.
