В связи с тем, что Водитель сразу после выезда из Автовокзала Днепра взял 8 стоячих пассажиров, этим пассажирам было холодно от открытых люков(при температуре на улице в тот день 38*С!). Все люки были закрыты, на возмущение пассажиров, Водитель никак не отреагировал. Стоячие пассажиры»висели» на головах сидячих в закрытом пространстве, было впечатление, что ехали в консервной банке, что ухудшило состояние здоровья пассажиров преклонного возраста и общее впечатление и поезде и предоставляемых услугах.
