Отвратительно и возмутительно. Хуже поездки не было в моей жизни. Как может руководство компании выпускать на маршрут, (тем более междугородный) совершенно разбитую, машину? Это как минимум не безопасно. В автобусе даже не было простейших шторок на окнах. Весь салон(и водитель) на солнцепеке!. Удивительно, что в принципе доехали до Полтавы живыми. Про какой либо минимальный комфорт речь не идёт в принципе.
