Мало того что приехал на платформу за 5 минут до отправления и отказался помочь с багажом (ехали с двумя маленькими детьми), так ещё и нахамил и обматерил с первых слов о просьбе помочь с багажом. Попрошу дать мне обратную связь, принята ли эта информация во внимание. В противном случае буду искать другие способы подать жалобу на этого водителя. 2.
