Порушення водієм режиму руху (маршрут та зупинки). Особливо вразила зупинка біля магазину. Водій пішов собі в магазин, пасажири хвилин 15 чекають. Ніби власне авто. Запізнення в підсумку - 40 хв.

1. Збільшення пасажиромісткості ТЗ хоча б у пікові дні (п'ятниця). 2. Можливість купування квитка он-лайн без необхідності відвідувати касу автовокзалу. У населенному пункті, з якого я повертаюсь, каси не має. 3. Встановлення терміналів (21 століття, цивілізація). Готівковий розрахунок усладнюється видачею решти. У пасажирів зазвичай крупні купюри. В селах важко розміняти гроші. Водії не мають решти. Виникають конфлікти. 4. Наявність зворотнього зв'зку із он-лайн сервісом (мене хтось чує:)?).
