Купила билет через интернет, а рейс отменили. Никто даже не позвонил и не сообщил об отмене рейса. Когда попросила обменять билет на другой рейс, мне ответили что этого сделать нельзя и то, что я потеряла деньги это мои проблемы и что не нужно было покупать билет через интернет. Крайне недовольна и возмущена!!!
