Купила на сайті останній квиток, на сидяче місце. Виявилось, що автобус змінили, де було на два сидячих місця менше, і я цілу дорогу стояла, незважаючи на те, що мала квиток на сидяче місце! Неподобство! Сайту 110, варто актуалізовувати інформацію на сайті, навіть якщо відбулась зміна автобусу! Тому що мої права, як споживача ваших послуг в цьому випадку було вами порушено! Надіюсь на зворотній зв’язок і пояснення щодо цього інциденту.
