Мої пропозиції: 1. Поставити на маршрут більший автобус, який би вміщав більшу кількість людей, щоб було достатньо місця всім пасажирам, і тим, які купили квитки онлайн і тим, що придбали в касі. 2. Посилити вимоги до водіїв у плані ввічливого спілкування з пасажирами. 3. Заборонити додаткові незаплановані зупинки на дорозі. Думаю це проблема в самому плануванні автобусних рейсів, коли люди з невеличких сіл чомусь не мають можливості добратися зна роботу в місто, і чекають, щоб ось на такому рейсі доїхати. 4. Оснастити автобуси кондиціонерами. Нехай квиток буде коштувати трохи дорожче, але в таку спеку неможливо їхати в повній задусі, коли відкривається тільки люк вгорі. 5. Виправити назву автовокзалу в системі на вірну.
