Работники кассы не сообщили водителю о том, что через интернет был куплен билет на данный рейс, водитель грубил, возмущался, отдал оплаченное место другому пассажиру и не хотел брать как пассажира, дескать мест нет и решать он этот вопрос не будет, потому что ему всё равно, оплачен у меня билет или нет "идите разбирайтесь с кассой"
